 The Morot and staff at Shalom Yeladim create a happy and warm environment for your children to prosper as they move from home to school.  We work closely with each student to ensure a positive growth, socially, cognitively, in language, etc.

Our curriculum is deeply rooted in the Jewish holidays and a love of Torah and Eretz Yisrael. We believe that our children learn best through a combination of learning through play and teacher guidance.  Our day includes morning davening, learning circle, pretend play, arts and crafts, music, and physical education.  Each classroom at Shalom Yeladim has a Hebrew-Speaking teacher and we incorporate Hebrew language into our daily routine.  We pride ourselves on instilling a love for Yahadut through our weekly Shabbat parties, Yom Haatzmaut trip to Israel, mock Pesach Seder, Chanukah chagigahs, Purim carnival and much more!

ה"מורות" והצוות כולו ב"שלום ילדים" יוצר סביבה שמחה וחמה המאפשרת לילדך לפרוח, בתקופת המעבר מסביבת הבית לסביבת בית הספר.

אנו עובדים עם כל תלמיד באופן אישי על מנת להבטיח צמיחה חיובית, מבחינה חברתית, מבחינה קוגניטיבית, מבחינה שפתית, וכו '

בתכנית הלימודים שלנו מושרשים באופן מובהק החגים היהודים ואהבת התורה וארץ ישראל. אנו מאמינים שהילדים מגיעים להישגים טובים באמצעות שילוב למידה עצמאית ,משחק וכן לימוד מודרך.

היום שלנו כולל את תפילת הבוקר, מפגש לימודי, משחקי דמיון, תרבות ואמנות, מוסיקה וחינוך גופני. בכל כיתה ב"שלום ילדים" NYC  יש מורה דוברת עברית והשפה העברית הינה חלק בלתי נפרד מהשגרה היומיומית שלנו.

אנו גאים בהקניית האהבה ליהדות באמצעות קבלת השבת השבועית, "טיול" יום העצמאות לישראל, עריכת "סדר" פסח, חגיגות חנוכה, קרנבל פורים ועוד הרבה יותר!
